01Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No app download or account creation is needed. Guests simply scan the event QR code using their phone camera. The web camera opens immediately in any standard mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.), ready to snap photos right away.
02How does the private album reveal work?
Photos remain unedited and private while the film is live so guests stay present in the celebration. You choose when the shared album unlocks—such as the end of the event, the next morning, or a custom scheduled time. When unlocked, everyone can view the gallery and the host can download the full high-resolution set.
03How many photos can each guest take?
Every admitted guest camera gets unlimited shots for the duration of the event. You only choose the plan based on how many guest phones can join the film.
04What celebrations is Gunita made for?
Gunita is designed for all Filipino celebrations including weddings (kasalan), 18th debuts, milestone birthdays, family reunions, baptisms, anniversaries, and company gatherings.
05How does payment and booking confirmation work?
Hosts select a capacity plan, fill out event details, and submit payment via GCash or Philippine bank transfer. Once payment proof is verified, your film is confirmed and your print-ready QR code is ready.
06How long are photos stored and available for download?
Revealed albums remain available online for 30 days. As the host, you can download all original high-resolution guest photos in one batch directly from your host desk.
